Feature and Level Surveys

A feature and level survey shows the slope of the property, features of the property together with neighbouring information if required. Feature surveys can be provided to either an arbitrary datum or Australian Height Datum (AHD). For a detailed scope of works please contact us for a quote.

From dual occupancies to broad acre subdivisions and small building subdivisions, VSG provide appropriate support and services for both subdivision and/or consolidation. We provide advice, preparation of legal documentation, council consultation and application submissions.
